Waller, M.S.F.P., an empathetic and visionary forensic psychologist, Mutual Healing Ground was created to fill the critical gaps in culturally competent, community-rooted mental health care for youth, families, and underserved populations.

Mutual Healing Ground operates as a proud subsidiary of Conquering Walls Counseling Agency LLC, a leader in transformative mental wellness solutions. Together, we work hand-in-hand to provide comprehensive therapeutic services and prevention-based programming that meet the emotional, social, and behavioral needs of K-12 students, families, and communities—at no cost to schools or clients.

Meet Our Founder: Timothy D. Waller, M.S.F.P.
Timothy D. Waller, the Founder and CEO of Mutual Healing Ground, is a Forensic Psychologist with a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology and a perfect 4.0 academic record across both of his psychology degrees. Driven by both professional expertise and lived experience, Waller specializes in trauma-informed care, youth and family counseling, and group therapy
interventions for at-risk and justice-involved populations. His approach blends evidence-based practices with a deep, intuitive understanding of human behavior, spiritual healing, and emotional resilience.
A multi-talented leader, Waller is also a poet and musician who uses guitar, piano, and creative expression to facilitate emotional breakthroughs in his sessions. With a remarkable personal journey of overcoming abandonment, poverty, and systemic barriers, he brings unmatched relatability, wisdom, and compassion to his work.
